Welcome.
Amanda Chapman here, it’s a pleasure to meet you!
I consider myself to be a spiritual seeker, mystical thinker, nature lover, and tree hugger. Heart-driven, soul breathing, curious, with an outside the box approach to life, aiming to see all the beauty and wonder in the world, while looking and expecting to be awed and amazed. A few things I’ve learned along the way-
1. Never let any 1 thing become your everything.
2. When you think it’s over and done, you’ve probably only just begun.
3. Share, Be Fair, and Don’t Compare!
4. There are lots of ways to get to the top of a mountain.
5. A core wound we share is “I’m not (good) enough”
Fully realizing that life is a curve with no straight lines, (here’s where my “official bio” starts)...I chose many years ago to become a Licensed Professional Counselor, to help others encounter wholeness when feeling broken, hurt, or lost. I’ve worked in many different environments and worn many different hats in my professional career, and can truly say I love what I do and feel honored by the stories I hear from those I serve. I strongly believe that time in the wild, nature that is, is needed now more than ever for our health and wellbeing and for that of our home planet. A native of East TN and the Appalachian Mountains, I strive to keep finding hidden treasures in the land around me. Being a Certified Forest Therapy Guide by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy, and a Mindfulness-Based Ecotherapy Facilitator help me do just that.
If you feel like your emotional wounds are speaking, or you’re ready to get outside and rediscover your true intuitive nature, I can help. We hold the key to our own healing-let’s all remember this and connect to our higher conscious selves for our overall collective healing, and for the love of the Earth.
